Charr in the Catacombs
I made I new character and Im going through pre again, but the prince wont give me this quest, what gives?

prince never gives that quest immediatly
I believe you have to do your 1st class quest before Prince gives this quest - maybe you have to get a subclass too, not sure |

This quest won't unlock until you are Level 2 and have completed the Trouble in the Woods Quest, which relates to Charr in the Catacombs. If you listen to Devona, she says she must inform the Prince of the Charr Ranger. He can't tell you to find out more about the Charr until Devona tells him about it in the first place.
